After each two-week cacao drying cycle, we carry out a perfect cleaning. After that, the dryer waits for the next batch of cocoa. Thanks to the quality of sun drying, our cocoa beans do not need to be roasted. Grain retains the maximum amount of trace elements, and notes of the unique taste of fermentation. Such beans can be compared to fine collection wine.
