In 2011, development progress of the Nikola Kalida project began - the planning and creation of cocoa plantations. We planted more than 160,000 young trees in total(cacao, avocado, lemon, orange, swietenia macrophylla, etc.). Daily painstaking work with planted seedlings, cleaning roots from loaches and weeds...
In 2015, the seedlings began to give the first harvests. From that moment began our practice and research with cocoa beans. Nikola Kalida's chocolate laboratory was built.

Results of our work from 2016 to 2017
In 2017, we received a recipe for a unique chocolate made from unroasted cacao beans, the recipe was approved and put into production. We created a project for a manufacturing enterprise in accordance with all the quality requirements that we developed in the course of our practice.
Results of our work from 2018 to 2019
In 2019, we completed the construction of a new production facility and put it into operation. To produce the best chocolate.
It consisted of:
Underground water storage;
Fermentation baths;
Solar cocoa dryer;
A place for the team to work with cocoa fruits;
A place for rest of the brigade;
Bathrooms;
Chocolate workshop;
Chocolate tourist shop;
Equipment and solar energy.
Results of our work from 2020 to 2022
In 2021, the progress of fruiting cocoa plantations suggests the need to expand the production capacity of cocoa processing.
In 2022, we are working on scaling:
Additional building for fermentation and drying of cacao beans;
Chocolate bar terrace for receiving guests of the chocolate factory;
Additional storage;
Preparation and presentation of the collection NFTs of the Nikola Kalida project;

Formation of the project "scaling 2023-2024", includes:
Nikola Kalida Chocolate Museum/Boutique;
Additional production chocolate shop;
Scaling solar energy equipment;
Scaling fermentation and solar dryers of cocoa beans;
